Northwest actually procures the reservations and negotiates the terms before providing you with a proposal for your CharTour. You and/or your organization may then request any changes. Once a final itinerary is approved, a contract is issued, outlining all requirements and deadlines as well as pricing based on your choice of passenger count pricing levels. We don't like surprises and we do our best to avoid them for you!
