| Northwest Iowa
Transportation, Inc., takes pride in its outstanding reputation
for safety and compliance. We've received the highest ratings
available as a result of governmental inspections and have
built a solid safety record. It costs more to do business
as we do but we're committed to quality and excellence. For
your reference, our U.S.D.O.T. identification number is 191994. |

| Northwest subscribes to a
nationwide toll-free telephone hotline for safe operation
of our coaches. Each motor coach displays a sign and identification
number for motorists to report how our operators are driving.
We respond to each call and statistics are compiled on the
types of calls for follow-up praise or training. |
| Compliance |
| Northwest operates only under
the limits of state and federal motor carrier safety regulations.
When allowable duty limits are in question, we insist on relief
drivers who are dispatched ahead in reliable, comfortable
service vehicles with more than the necessary time off to
be rested and safely take the controls of our motor coaches. |
| Training |
|
Each motor coach operator is carefully
selected, researched, interviewed and screened before ever
entering training. Once the new operator has undergone a
pre-employment physical examination, substance abuse screening,
a road evaluation and the required qualification file components,
the training process begins.
New operators train under several different
seasoned veterans, progressively taking more responsibility
for equipment and passengers. The trainees' progress is
carefully monitored and evaluated before they reach solo
driver status.
Ongoing training is a part of each NWIT
motor coach operator's employment. Safety meetings and training
sessions are held on a regular basis. Safety incentives
are also in place for each of our operators.
